Residence Bizzoni - Terni

I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. When I couldn't get the keycard out of my car, the owner's son went with me to the dealership to help resolve the issue - excellent service. The apartment and common areas were immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the center of town. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport or car for visiting the nearby waterfalls. The staff is attentive and the breakfast includes enough options to satisfy everyone.

Hotel over-rated. My room was clean, but utilitarian. Nothing charming. Stay there and forget it soon. Boring, normal, plain... Better to let your eyes wonder elsewhere.

We had a city trip in an apartment in Italy, and the apartment was spacious and clean with a practical layout. The location was great, 10-15 mins from the train station and close to restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks left in the kitchen for us.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, and no one seemed to be able to fix it during our stay. The breakfast was a bit limited and didn't cater for different tastes.

We were disappointed with the quality of the air conditioning in the room. It was either too cold or not cold enough, and we had a difficult time finding a comfortable temperature to sleep at night.

The hotel facilities were well equipped, and the cleanliness was really good. the location was very convenient. It was located in a quiet neighborhood by a park, and we were only 200 meters away from the Old City in Terni. On top of that, parking was free and transportation was easily accessible.

Our room had a slight smoke odor which detracted from the experience. the shower stall was small by American standards, but manageable.
